To survey the biodiversity, fish were examined using environmental DNA, while damselflies were examined by sighting and capture. We analyzed the trade-offs and synergies between ecosystem services and biodiversity indicators in order to determine the effects of hydrological and environmental conditions on them.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>fish metagenome</name><description>Fish diversity in abandoned paddy fields and ponds within the southwestern watersheds of Lake Kasumigaura, Japan</description><dates><last_updated>2025-08-14</last_updated><first_public>2025-08-14</first_public></dates><accession>PRJDB35798</accession><cross_references><taxon>496924</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
