Assembly was conducted using Illumina and Pacbio to get a complete genome. Multiple additional Brazilian strains were also sequenced using Illumina consequently producing fragmented assemblies and also compared to CML3066 and PH-1.</long_description><tag>xref:EuropePMC:PMC7206484</tag><tag>xref:EuropePMC:PMC10898126</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Fusarium graminearum CML3066</name><description>Fusarium graminearum strain CML3066 genome and annotation</description><dates><last_updated>2016-07-27</last_updated><first_public>2020-02-07</first_public></dates><accession>PRJEB12819</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
