In addition, we performed a genome-wide screen to identify genes that repress spontaneous activation of interferon stimulated genes in the absence of interferon. Both of these screens were performed using a HAP1 cell line containing GFP reporter under the transcriptional regulation of the Interferon-Stimulated Response Element from IFIT2. We also overexpressed IL28RA (IFNLR1) in this cell line, in order to sensitize the cells to type III interferon</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Type III IFNs, Haploid Cells, Interferons, human being, wide/broad, Man (Taxonomy), Genomes, III IFNs, interferon lambda, Type III Interferons, Modern, Type III, type III interferon, IFN-Lambda, whole genome, III IFN, broad, interferon type III, Haploid Cell, man, Cell, Lambda, human, III Interferons, Type III Interferon, IFNs, Human, Type III IFN, Interferon Type, wide, Interferon-Lambda, III, III Interferon, signalling process, Homo sapiens, Haploids, Modern Man, Cells, Interferon Type III, Type, Cell., Haploid, Haploidies, Interferon, Man, single organism signaling, Lambda Interferons</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Type III IFNs, Haploid Cells, Interferons, human being, wide/broad, Man (Taxonomy), Genomes, III IFNs, interferon lambda, Type III Interferons, Modern, Type III, type III interferon, IFN-Lambda, whole genome, III IFN, broad, interferon type III, Haploid Cell, man, Cell, Lambda, human, III Interferons, Type III Interferon, IFNs, Human, Type III IFN, Interferon Type, wide, Interferon-Lambda, III, III Interferon, signalling process, Homo sapiens, Haploids, Modern Man, Cells, Interferon Type III, Type, Cell., Haploid, Haploidies, Interferon, Man, single organism signaling, Lambda Interferons</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Haploid genome-wide screens for essential components and negative regulators of interferon lambda signaling in human cells</name><description>Haploid genome-wide screens for essential components and negative regulators of interferon lambda signaling in human cells</description><dates><last_updated>2017-07-11</last_updated><first_public>2017-07-25</first_public></dates><accession>PRJEB21724</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
