protocol, Bulk RNA Barcoding and sequencing (BRB-seq), that combines the multiplexing-driven cost-effectiveness of a single-cell RNA-seq protocol with the efficiency of a bulk RNA-seq procedure. For this we use BRB-seq protocol on human pre-adipocytes and differentiated adipocytes, and compare its effectiveness as compared to TruSeq. Indeed, one of the principal limitations of bulk RNA-seq is the time and costs of library preparation, which makes it difficult to profile many samples simultaneously. Here, BRB-seq produces 3’ libraries that exhibit similar gene expression quantification to TruSeq and maintain this quality even with low quality RNA samples.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>PRE, RNA, Ribonucleic, human being, PhrB photolyase activity, ribose nucleic acid, Modern, deoxyribonucleic cyclobutane dipyrimidine photolyase activity, ribonucleic acids, RNA-seq, RNS, photoreactivating enzyme activity, pigmented epithelium, Cell, Fat Cells, Human, method, MODIFIER OF SNC1, Homo sapiens, retinal pigment, yeast nucleic acid, Ribonukleinsaeure, method used in an experiment, deoxyribonucleic photolyase activity, Gene Products, dipyrimidine photolyase (photosensitive), pentosenucleic acids, Whole Transcriptome Shotgun Sequencing, 3, Ribonucleic acids, stratum pigmentosa retinae, NUP96, blood retina barrier, epithelium, Non Polyadenylated, Man, retinal pigment layer, RNA Gene Products, outer limiting membranes, Adipocyte, ribonucleic acid, Acid, MOS3, RPE, deoxyribocyclobutadipyrimidine pyrimidine-lyase activity, Man (Taxonomy), PRECOCIOUS, photolyase activity, Fat Cells., Non Polyadenylated RNA, Non-Polyadenylated, pigmented retina, F23A5.3, Ribonucleic Acid, Dietary Fiber, study protocol, human, DNA cyclobutane dipyrimidine photolyase activity, SUPPRESSOR OF AUXIN RESISTANCE 3, p. pigmentosa retinae, Non-Polyadenylated RNA, plan specification, phr A photolyase activity, DNA-photoreactivating enzyme, Fat Cell, Lipocytes, Modern Man, Cells, Lipocyte, BRB, deoxyribonucleate pyrimidine dimer lyase (photosensitive), Fat, F23A5_3</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>PRE, RNA, Ribonucleic, human being, PhrB photolyase activity, ribose nucleic acid, Modern, deoxyribonucleic cyclobutane dipyrimidine photolyase activity, ribonucleic acids, RNA-seq, RNS, photoreactivating enzyme activity, pigmented epithelium, Cell, Fat Cells, Human, method, MODIFIER OF SNC1, Homo sapiens, retinal pigment, yeast nucleic acid, Ribonukleinsaeure, method used in an experiment, deoxyribonucleic photolyase activity, Gene Products, dipyrimidine photolyase (photosensitive), pentosenucleic acids, Whole Transcriptome Shotgun Sequencing, 3, Ribonucleic acids, stratum pigmentosa retinae, NUP96, blood retina barrier, epithelium, Non Polyadenylated, Man, retinal pigment layer, RNA Gene Products, outer limiting membranes, Adipocyte, ribonucleic acid, Acid, MOS3, RPE, deoxyribocyclobutadipyrimidine pyrimidine-lyase activity, Man (Taxonomy), PRECOCIOUS, photolyase activity, Fat Cells., Non Polyadenylated RNA, Non-Polyadenylated, pigmented retina, F23A5.3, Ribonucleic Acid, Dietary Fiber, study protocol, human, DNA cyclobutane dipyrimidine photolyase activity, SUPPRESSOR OF AUXIN RESISTANCE 3, p. pigmentosa retinae, Non-Polyadenylated RNA, plan specification, phr A photolyase activity, DNA-photoreactivating enzyme, Fat Cell, Lipocytes, Modern Man, Cells, Lipocyte, BRB, deoxyribonucleate pyrimidine dimer lyase (photosensitive), Fat, F23A5_3</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Bulk RNA Barcoding and sequencing (BRB-seq) protocol for RNA-seq of human pre-adipocytes and differentiated adipocytes</name><description>Bulk RNA Barcoding and sequencing (BRB-seq) protocol for RNA-seq of human pre-adipocytes and differentiated adipocytes</description><dates><last_updated>2018-02-05</last_updated><first_public>2018-02-07</first_public></dates><accession>PRJEB24790</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
