In order to exclude possible false-positives coming from siRNA molecules targeting genes which are actually not expressed in Huh-7 cells, we determined basal gene expression in this cells line by RNASeq on an Illumina platform. Five samples were sequenced with increasing read depth in order to ensure that all low-expressed genes were detected.
