Saxa 2 roots were treated with 10% aqueous extracts of Fallopia japonica and Fallopia ×bohemica with distilled water as control treatment. Three days after the treatment, the bottom 1 cm of the root was cut with a scalpel and immediately frozen on liquid nitrogen. The samples were homogenized using FastPrep (MP Biomedicals, ZDA) and RNA was extracted with the RNeasy Plant Mini Kit (Quiagen, ZDA). DNase- treated and cleaned samples were poly-A enriched ans paired-end sequenced using Illumina HiSeq 4000.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Gene Expression Monitoring, Profiling, Wild, Raphanus raphanistrum., Transcriptome, Transcriptome Profiling, Analyses, mRNA, Transcriptome Profilings, Raphanus sativus, Monitorings, Gene, Transcriptomics, Differential Displays, Transcript Expression, Transcriptome Analysis, Radish, Transcriptome Analyses, extracted material, Monitoring, Gene Expression Profilings, Garden, Gene Expression, Differential Display, Transcript Expression Analysis, Gene Expression Analysis, mRNA Differential Displays, Transcript Expression Analyses, Gene Expression Analyses, Gene Expression Pattern Analysis, Radishes, Gene Expression Monitorings, Cultivated, Expression Analysis, Analysis, Profilings, Expression Analyses, Wild Radish, mRNA Differential Display, Cultivated Radish, Garden Radish</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Wild, Raphanus sativus, Polygonum cuspidatum, japonicas, Fallopia, Radish, extracted material, Polygonum cuspidatums, cuspidatum, Garden, Fallopia japonica, huzhang, Radishes, Japanese, Fallopia japonicas, Knotweeds, Japanese Knotweeds, Polygonum, Cultivated, Japanese Knotweed, Wild Radish, Japanese knotweed, Knotweed, Cultivated Radish, Garden Radish, Raphanus raphanistrum, itadori.</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Transcriptomic profile of Raphanus sativus L. cv.
