The following genotypes were analyzed: WT, cbf11DBM (Cbf11 mutant with compromised DNA binding), Pcut6MUT (scrambled Cbf11 binding site in the promoter of the cut6 gene). Cells were grown to exponential phase in the complex YES medium, or in YES supplemented with ammonium chloride. Also, the effects of cerulenin treatment (20 μM cerulenin or DMSO for 1 hour) on exponentially growing WT cells were determined.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>RNA-seq analysis of fission yeast WT, and cbf11DBM and Pcut6MUT mutants in standard and ammonium-supplemented complex media, and upon cerulenin treatment</name><description>RNA-seq analysis of fission yeast WT, and cbf11DBM and Pcut6MUT mutants in standard and ammonium-supplemented complex media, and upon cerulenin treatment</description><dates><last_updated>2024-04-05</last_updated><first_public>2024-04-05</first_public></dates><accession>PRJEB65472</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
