Working title: "Improving taxonomic resolution, biomass and abundance assessments of aquatic invertebrates by combining imaging and DNA megabarcoding" The EPT-14 dataset supports fine-grained classification of aquatic macroinvertebrate species as well as regression analysis of specimens biomass. Here, all corresponding DNA sequences from 890 processed Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera and Trichoptera (EPT) specimens are stored.
