To understand molecular mechanisms underlying GNAO1-associated DEE, we performed a transcriptomic analysis (RNA sequencing) on Neuro2a cells after siRNA-mediated silencing of Gnao1. Overall design: Comparative analysis of Neuro2a cell lines treated with siRNA to Gnao1 (n = 3) and those with control siRNA (n = 3). Bulk-prepared RNA was used for RNA sequencing. Both RSEM and rMATS algorithms were used.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Regulatory role of Gnao1 in neuronal differentitation</name><description>Regulatory role of Gnao1 in neuronal differentitation</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2024-08-04</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1007593</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE241258</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>39048611</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
