We here report that SFTSV infection could promote the EGR1 expression. Our observations revealed similar results to other studies, underscoring the biological relevance and general importance of EGR1 in viral infections. Overall design: To determine the mechanism underlying the inducible expression of sVEGFR1，we performed a transcriptome analysis in SFTSV-infected or mock-infected HUVECs.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Effect of EGR1 on gene expression during SFTSV-infeced HUVECs</name><description>Effect of EGR1 on gene expression during SFTSV-infeced HUVECs</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2025-07-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1011291</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE242070</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
