To do this, we performed global expression analyses to identify genes that are differentially expressed in 10 mutant lines (i.e., Xa21, NH1ox, NRR1ox, GR978, spl11, spl17, NBS2-PI9ox, MPK5ox, OsCoi1ox, and OsNahG1ox), exhibiting altered defense responses. As controls, we used wild typle varieties same with these mutants. Keywords: disease response Overall design: Two-condition experiment, 10 mutants vs wild type control with treatment or without treatment. Biological replicates: 2-4 control, independently grown and harvested. Technical replicates: 1-2 control. One replicate per array.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>com, dnsf1, physiological defense response, CG 1618, defense/immunity protein activity., protein SKD2, AI316878, AU020090, Oryza sativa, T1J1_4, Comt, dNSF, NSF1, antimicrobial peptide activity, Rice, SKD2, NSF, Nsf, T1J1.4, Skd2, CG1618, AU067812, red rice &lt;Oryza sativa>, DmNSF, rice, Rices, red rice, N-ethylmaleimide sensitive factor, DmelCG1618, dNSF1, defence response, dNsf1, NSF-1, dNSF-1, Asian cultivated rice</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>red rice, Oryza sativa, Rice., red rice &lt;Oryza sativa>, rice, Asian cultivated rice, Rices</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Oryza sativa</name><description>NSF 20K Oligo Arrays to Dissect Rice Defense Response Pathways</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-02-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA103523</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE9653</GEO><taxon>4530</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
