IgGr22 was found to promote the proliferation of pathogenic T cells. IgGr22 specifically recognized double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) and induced the activation of dendritic cells, thereby enhancing the expression of IFN signature and inflammatory genes. Overall design: CD45+ cells were isolated from the salivary glands of Rag-/- mice transferred with pathogenic CD4+ T cells and recombinant autoantibody (IgGr22) related to Sjögren's syndrome using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Identification of an autoantibody promoting the development of Sjögren's Syndrome-like sialadenitis</name><description>Identification of an autoantibody promoting the development of Sjögren's Syndrome-like sialadenitis</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2025-09-08</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1053421</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE250369</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
