Of particular interest is the investigation of enhancer elements differentially accessible between embryogenesis and regeneration. Understanding these mechanisms in bat stars will be important in understanding regeneration as a whole as well as its connection to developmental mechanisms.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Enhancer usage in bat star (Patiria miniata) development and regeneration</description><dates><last_updated>2024-05-11</last_updated><first_public>2024-05-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1077271</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
