After one year of therapy, the patient remained in a stable disease state. However, the patient experienced a relapse and underwent a second NGS test. The results showed a fusion of exon 2 of VIT with exon 20 of ALK, with a variant frequency of 13.13%. Ultimately, the patient achieved a progression free survival of 16 months.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>non-small cell lung cancer, non-small cell cancer of the lung, non-small cell carcinoma of lung, NSCLC, Client., Patient, non-small cell lung carcinoma, Clients, NSCLC - non-small cell lung cancer, patient, Non-small cell lung cancer, non-small cell cancer of lung, non-small cell carcinoma of the lung, non-small cell lung carcinoma (disease)</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Next generation sequecing data of a NSCLC patient</description><dates><last_updated>2024-05-11</last_updated><first_public>2024-05-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1077640</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
