Susceptible and resistant wheat genotypes were challenged with Bipolaris sorokiniana to evaluate the resistance mechanism of wheat during the spot blotch diesease progression. The combination of the four treatments (mock and inoculated in both susceptible and resistant wheat genotypes) and the three-time points (1, 4 and 6 dpi) were measured using three biological replicates.
