Chose the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic and degradable plastic of HDPE-CaCO as the research subjects and cut them into plastic fragments , then mixed them with homogenized soil respectively in the artificial climate chamber. The soil macrogenomes of non-plastic soil group (Con), HDPE soil-mixed group (HDPE) and HDPE-CaCO soil-mixed group (HDPE-D) were sequenced.
