Taking advantage of gnotobiotic experimentation and an endothelial-specific Tlr2-deficient mouse model, we dissect whether I/R-induced NETosis is also supported by endothelial TLR2 activation. To resolve the engagement of microbiota-induced TLR2 signaling on neutrophil function, based on agonist-treatment, we pinpoint the role of TLR2/1 vs TLR2/6 signaling in ex vivo NETosis induction. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling transcriptome of liver endothelial cells of conventionally raised (CONV-R) and germ-free (GF) mice."],"repository":["ENA"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"The gut microbiota regulates the vascular inflammatory phenotype in mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion injury via endothelial Toll-like receptor-2 signaling","description":"The gut microbiota regulates the vascular inflammatory phenotype in mesenteric ischemia-reperfusion injury via endothelial Toll-like receptor-2 signaling","dates":{"last_updated":"2025-09-24","first_public":"2025-04-25"},"accession":"PRJNA1254225","cross_references":{"GEO":["GSE295338"],"taxon":["10090"]}}
