It includes coelomocyte samples from two different body compartments, namely the perivisceral fluid and the hydrovascular fluid, under two stress conditions, namely lipopolysaccharides I injection (immunostimulation) or control injection. Each sample contains different proportions of different cell types, which were established before the RNA-sequencing analysis, making it possible to reveal the specific expression of certain cell types.
