By comparing their transcriptomic profiles, we uncover regulatory mechanisms governing plastid function, ribosome biogenesis, and energy metabolism during gametogenesis. Our dataset reveals strong enrichment of plastid-related pathways in highly expressed genes and signaling/transport components in moderately expressed genes emphasizing the indispensable role of plastid activity in reproductive success.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Transcriptome Analysis of Cpn20 During Female Gametogenesis</description><dates><last_updated>2025-06-04</last_updated><first_public>2025-06-04</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1270721</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
