To determine if increased cannabinoid receptor 1 signaling is responsible for IDFP induced effects a subset of mice were pretreated with the cannabinoid receptor 1 antagonist (AM251) (10 mg/kg, i.p.). Overall design: Total RNA obtained from liver of mice treated with DMSO (n=6), IDFP (n=8), or AM251/IDFP (n=5) (all 10 mg/kg i.p.) for 4 hours.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:22073164</tag><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Gene., Gene, Receptor, Expression, Gene Expressions, Cannabinoid Receptors, Expressions, Cannabinoid, Cannabinoid Receptor</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Mus musculus, Laboratory Mice., House, Mus, Laboratory, Swiss, Mus domesticus, mouse, Mus musculus domesticus, Swiss Mouse, mouse &lt;Mus musculus>, Mouse, House Mice, Swiss Mice, house mouse, Mice, Laboratory Mouse, House Mouse, mice C57BL/6xCBA/CaJ hybrid, domesticus, Mus muscaris</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Mus musculus</name><description>Cannabinoid Receptor 1 Dependent Effects of Isopropoyl dodeycl fluorophosphonate on Hepatic Gene Expression</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-02-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA127797</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE22949</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>22073164</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
