Overall design: DNA copy number alterations were defined in DLBCL and HL cell lines, normalized to healthy donors, by GISTIC analysis of Affymetrix SNP 6.0 single nucleotide polymorphism microarray data. Using this analysis, we identified 9p24 amplification to be over-represented in HL cell lines compared to DLBCL cell lines.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:20628145</tag><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>AI504024, Granuloma, HL, determination, Diffuse., Hodgkins Disease, Janus kinase 2, DIFFUSE LARGE LYMPHOMA, JTK10, LARGE LYMPHOMA DIFFUSE, Malignant, supernumerary, stage II subdiaphragmatic Hodgkin lymphoma, Lymphogranuloma, RPL23, Hodgkins, Large Lymphoid Lymphoma, C81284, Malignant Granuloma, Hodgkin Granuloma, Lymphomas, Lymphocyte-Rich Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma, DLBCL, Histiocytic Lymphoma, increased, Ly101, Hodgkin Disease, Hodgkin's Disease, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, ligand, Hodgkin's sarcoma, Adult, Nodular Lymphocyte-Predominant Hodgkin's Lymphoma, CD279, Diffuse, Large-Cell, Large Cell Lymphoma, Diffuse Large Cell Lymphoma, Pdc1, Hodgkin disease, Histiocytic Lymphomas, Hodgkins lymphoma, Malignant Granulomas, Hodgkins Lymphoma, L17, Lymphocyte Rich Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Diffuse Large-Cell Lymphomas, Hodgkins Granuloma, Hodgkin, Malignant Lymphogranulomas, LYMPHOMA DIFFUSE LARGE, Adult Hodgkin Lymphoma, Lymphogranulomas, Disease, Ligand, Hodgkin's Granuloma, SLEB2, Large-Cell Lymphomas, Hodgkin Lymphoma, l17, JAK2, THCYT3, Fd17, Malignant Lymphogranuloma, JAK-2, rpl17a, Large B-Cell, pd-1, LARGE LYMPHOMA, LYMPHOMA LARGE, chemical analysis, large B-cell lymphoma, Large Cell, Diffuse Large Cell, Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin's Lymphoma, PD1, Diffuse Large-Cell Lymphoma, PD-1, Large-Cell Lymphoma, stage II Subdiaphragmatic Hodgkin Lymphoma, stage I Subdiaphragmatic Hodgkin Lymphoma, Nodular Sclerosing Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Histiocytic, increased number, LYMPHOMA LARGE DIFFUSE, 60S ribosomal protein L23, rpl23, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, hPD-1, Hodgkin lymphoma, Diffuse Large-Cell, present in greater numbers in organism, Diffuse Histiocytic Lymphomas, hPD-l, hSLE1, Lymphoma, Diffuse Histiocytic Lymphoma, rpl17, Mixed Cellularity Hodgkin's Lymphoma, assay, Lymphocyte Depletion Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage I subdiaphragmatic Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin's, Large Lymphoid, accessory, Diffuse Histiocytic</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Human, Modern., human being, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, man, Man, human, Modern Man</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Integrative analysis reveals selective 9p24.1 amplification, increased PD-1 ligand expression, and further induction via JAK2 in nodular sclerosing Hodgkin lymphoma and primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-02-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA128875</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE22208</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>20628145</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
