RNA sequencing was performed using placental tissues collected from PE patients and control healthy pregnant women. The results showed that OTU deubiquitinase, ubiquitin aldehyde binding 2 (OTUB2) was downregulated in placenta from PE patients. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of placenta from preeclampsia (PE) patients and healthy pregnant women.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>OTUB2/NR4A1 restrains the development of preeclampsia by suppressing macrophage M1 polarization</name><description>OTUB2/NR4A1 restrains the development of preeclampsia by suppressing macrophage M1 polarization</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2025-09-08</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA1295779</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE303543</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
