We performed a comparative expression profiling of pulmonary MSC derived from NSCLC and corresponding normal lung tissue of 5 newly diagnosed patients. The analysis indicated variable expression of genes involved in DNA repair, apoptosis, proliferation or angiogenesis between NSCLC-MSC and NLT-MSC. Overall design: MSC were derived from NSCLC and corresponding normal lung tissue of 5 patients. Paired SAM test was performed to screen for differentially expressed genes between NSCLC-MSC and NLT-MSC.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Multipotent Bone Marrow Stromal Cells, SCR, Mesenchymal Stem Cell, determination, non-small cell lung carcinoma, Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Stem Cells, Progenitor Cell, Stromal Cells, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Gene, Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cell, Wharton's Jelly Cells, Multipotent Mesenchymal Stromal Cell, Non-Small-Cell Lung, non-small cell carcinoma of the lung, ABF-1, bone marrow stromal cells, non-small cell cancer of the lung, scr, Lung Carcinomas, parenchyma of lung, Stromal Cell, Non-Small-Cell Lung Carcinoma, lung, Wharton Jelly Cells, NSCLC - non-small cell lung cancer, BHLHA22, Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma, neoplasm, Wharton's Jelly Cell, Multipotent Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, average, portion of tissue, Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, simple tissue., Gene Expressions, DmScr, BG:DS07876.2, Tissue, Non-Small Cell Lung, Bone Marrow Stromal Stem Cells, Expressions, Non Small Cell Lung Carcinoma, MSC, Msc, Lung Carcinoma, Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, NSCLC, Whartons Jelly Cells, marrow stromal cells, Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer, CG1030, Expression, Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell, Non-Small-Cell Lung Carcinomas, Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell, Carcinoma, conditioned mesenchymal stem cell, Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell, l(3)84Af, pulmo, Myor, Progenitor Cells, ABF1, lung parenchyma, Mesenchymal Progenitor Cells, Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell, non-small cell lung cancer, Mesenchymal Stromal Cell, Stem Cell, colony-forming unit-fibroblast, MYOR, MyoR, chemical analysis, bHLHa22, tissue portion, Non-small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung carcinoma (disease), neoplasms, Carcinomas, DmelCG1030, Bone Marrow Stromal Cell, Adipose-Derived, BMSC, Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Multipotent Bone Marrow Stromal Cell, Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cell, Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Non Small Cell Lung, Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Adipose Derived, non-small cell carcinoma of lung, Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Mesenchymal Progenitor Cell, pulmonary, Multipotent, Mesenchymal, Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell, Lungs, assay, non-small cell cancer of lung, Bone Marrow Stromal Cells, Non-Small-Cell</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Human, Modern., human being, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, man, Man, human, Modern Man</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Comparative gene expression analysis of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) derived from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and corresponding normal lung tissue (NLT)</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-02-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA129875</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE23066</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>23294501</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
