<HashMap><database>ENA</database><scores/><additional><omics_type>Genomics</omics_type><center_name>Peking University - Third School of Clinical Medicine: Peking University Third Hospital</center_name><full_dataset_link>https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJNA1313185</full_dataset_link><long_description>we generated a FHOD3 knockout (FHOD3-/-) human embryonic stem cell (hESC) cell line (H9) by CRISPR/Cas9 system and differentiate it into cardiomyocytes to elucidate the mechanism of cardiomyopathy and HF caused by FHOD3 deficiency. Our study found that FHOD3-deficient hPSC-CMs presented sarcomere disorganization and degradation.
