BTN3A1 represents a novel antigen–presenting molecule for the activation of Vγ9Vδ2 TCR–expressing cells which play important roles in human tumor immunity and host defense. Overall design: 3 replicates of 4 cell lines (12 samples total) were analysed. Data was RMA normalized, and genes that expressed above the negative control in all 4 cell lines from chromosome 6 considered for further analysis</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Butyrophilin, Human, TCR, Responder protein Smok-Tcr, Tcr, 2.7.11.1, human being, Man (Taxonomy), TCR complex, Homo sapiens, T-lymphocyte receptor complex, Modern Man, Modern, Antigen, Dominant negative form of Smok, Cell., T-cell receptor complex, man, Man, human, T lymphocyte receptor complex, SmokTcr</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Human, Modern., human being, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, man, Man, human, Modern Man</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Butyrophilin 3A1 binds phosphorylated antigens and stimulates human TCR γδ cells.</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-02-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA162417</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE37634</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
