Comparison of genomic characteristics of these isolates to the only two previously sequenced freshwater bacterial genomes (Polynucleobacter necessarius ssp. Asymbioticus and Actinobacteria AcI-B1) reveals organisms exemplifying a range of lifestyle characteristics differing in growth rate, environmental response capability, and diversity of useable carbon substrates. Actinobacteria isolated from Little Long Lake, (MI, USA).</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:23889754</tag><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>whole genome, Genomes.</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>actinobacterium LLX17</name><description>actinobacterium LLX17 Genome sequencing and assembly</description><dates><last_updated>2023-05-19</last_updated><first_public>2013-05-31</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA174161</accession><cross_references><taxon>1229203</taxon><PubMed>23889754</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
