The comparative transcriptional networks analyses indicate that the main hubs in PD networks are related to ubquitin/proteasome, oxidative stress, neuroprotection, neurogenesis and PD associated proteins. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiles of controls and Parkinson’s disease patients were compared using SAM test for LC or Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney test for SN and VA (p&lt;0.005 and p&lt;0.01, respectively) in order to identify differentially expressed transcripts.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Transcriptional interaction network analyses in dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve, locus coeruleus and substantia nigra in Parkinson's disease</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2015-01-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA186561</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE43490</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>25525598</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
