Whole genome sequencing of the donor was performed by Complete Genomics on PBMCs. Two biological replicates of each cell type were subjected to targeted capture and re-sequencing of the transcriptome. Genome DNA from Naive CD4+ T Cells was also subjected to targeted capture and re-sequencing as well.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><name_synonyms>Human, Modern., human being, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, man, Man, human, Modern Man</name_synonyms><description_synonyms>Human, RNA editing, RNA, human being, Editing, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, Messenger, Modern Man, Modern, Cell., Editings, man, Man, RNA Editings, human</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>RNA Editing in Five Primary Human Immune Cells</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2013-10-31</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA212984</accession><cross_references><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
