This comparison allows the assessment of altered transcriptome due to two factors - genetic background of NOD vs B10 strain, and the effect of the insHEL transgene. The use of the MHC k haplotype and the RagKO background remove contamination from infiltrating immune cells, in order to obtain a pure islet transcriptome. Overall design: Three mice of each gentoype were analyzed in this study.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Mus musculus</name><description>Comparative assessment of the transcriptome of pancreatic islets from Non-Obese Diabetic mice in the absence of immune infiltrate</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2016-10-10</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA243560</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE56507</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
