The sequence reads that passed quality filters were aligned to mouse transcriptome using the bowtie2 aligner. Gene-level summaries were normalized and analyzed for differential expression using DESeq. qRT–PCR validation was performed using SYBR Green assays. Conclusions: Our study represents the first detailed analysis of the role of p110g in the control of the macrophage immune response, with biological replicates, generated by RNA-seq technology. Overall design: mRNA profiles of wild type (WT) and p110g-/- macrophages were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq2000.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><name_synonyms>Mus musculus, Laboratory Mice., House, Mus, Laboratory, Swiss, Mus domesticus, mouse, Mus musculus domesticus, Swiss Mouse, mouse &lt;Mus musculus>, Mouse, House Mice, Swiss Mice, house mouse, Mice, Laboratory Mouse, House Mouse, mice C57BL/6xCBA/CaJ hybrid, domesticus, Mus muscaris</name_synonyms><description_synonyms>5-bisphosphate 3-kinase 110 kDa catalytic subunit gamma, DMDA1, determination, Monocyte Derived Macrophages, Macrophages, 2.7.1.153, number, A4, PI3K, Bone Marrow Derived Macrophages, Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophage, Phosphoinositide-3-kinase catalytic gamma polypeptide, PtdIns-3-kinase subunit p110-gamma, Monocyte Derived, p110gamma, PtdIns-3-kinase subunit gamma, presence, PI3Kgamma, TYPE, LGMD2C, DAGA4, PI3-kinase subunit gamma, Bone Marrow-Derived, Monocyte-Derived Macrophage., 5830428L06Rik, PI3K-gamma, count in organism, PIK3, 2.7.11.1, Monocyte-Derived, DMDA, Phosphatidylinositol 4, chemical analysis, SCARMD2, Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophages, assay, p120-PI3K, PI3CG, MAM, SCG3, Serine|threonine protein kinase PIK3CG, Monocyte-Derived Macrophages, Macrophage</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Mus musculus</name><description>Next Generation Sequencing and Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type and p110gamma-/- macrophages</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2016-10-10</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA251989</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE58318</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>27179037</PubMed><PubMed>27642729</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
