K562 cells lack endogenous CEBPA and restoration of its expression induces proliferation arrest and granulocytic differentiation . Overall design: Based on the expression of known CEBPA transcriptional targets, we selected RNA extracted from 48 hours of induction (CEBPA) together with RNA extracted from control-induced cells (CTR). 4 biological replicates for each sample have been utilized.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Identification of transcripts regulated by CEBPA in K562</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2014-09-01</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA253317</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE58743</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>25252716</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
