This sample is A. arbuscula. Overall, we sequenced and assembled three transcriptomes of sagebrush from Artemisia tridentata ssp. wyomingensis, A. tridentata ssp. tridentata and A. arbuscula. We then demonstrated the utility of these transcriptomes by identifying a putative terpene synthase. We also found evidence for three ancient duplication events in the evolutionary history of sagebrush.
