Drivers of lymphomagenesis include genomic rearrangements that juxtapose active regulatory elements with specific oncogene targets, as well as mutations affecting specific transcription factors and chromatin regulatory proteins. This study seeks to combine genome-wide genetic and epigenetic datasets to better understand mechanisms of oncogene dysregulation across distinct lymphoma types.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Profiling Chromatin State and Regulation in Lymphoma</name><description>Profiling Chromatin State and Regulation in Lymphoma</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2015-06-21</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA287476</accession><cross_references><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
