We especially examined the effect of DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) in the neural differentiation from mouse ES cell. Therefore, we performed the Whole-Genome Bisulfite Sequencing (WGBS) analysis of mouse ES cell, ESC-derived NPC, and also in DNMT double knockout (DKO) conditions.
