The NSAID, bufexamac, is a fairly specific inhibitor of HDAC6 and HDAC10. We used bufexamac in combination with prolactin treatment in MCF7 cells to determine differential expression under these conditions. Overall design: MCF7 cells were serum starved for 24 hours prior to treatment with bufexamac and/or prolactin, and subsequent RNA extraction.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:27358110</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Homo sapiens</name><description>Gene expression data from MCF7 breast adenocarcinoma cells treated with prolactin and/or bufexamac</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2016-05-08</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA320900</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE81217</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>27358110</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
