Overall design: DNA from primary colorectal tumors was processed according to manufacturers’ protocol (Infinium Assay, Illumina) and hybridized to Illumina Human 610-quad bead-chip, containing 610,000 probes covering the whole genome. Spot intensities were measured using the Illumina Bead Array Reader. Log transformed intensity measurements were processed by circular binary segmentation (CBS) algorithm (Matlab R2015a, The MathWorks) to identify chromosomal aberrations."],"tag":["xref:PubMed:30030273"],"repository":["ENA"],"description_synonyms":["Colorectal Tumors, Carcinomas, large bowel cancer, Colorectal Neoplasm, Carcinoma, Colorectal Cancer, Neoplasms, susceptibility to, Colorectal Carcinoma, Colorectal Carcinomas, Cancers, Tumor, Colorectal Tumor, cancer of large bowel, autosomal dominant, large intestine cancer, cancer of the large intestine, Colorectal, colorectal cancer, metastatic, colon cancer, Client., Patient, Clients, Neoplasm, cancer of the large bowel, CRC, Colorectal Cancers, cancer of large intestine, somatic mutation, colorectal (colon or rectal) cancer, Tumors, Cancer"],"name_synonyms":["Human, Modern., human being, Man (Taxonomy), Homo sapiens, man, Man, human, Modern Man"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"Homo sapiens","description":"Chromosomal aberrations associated with sequential steps of the metastatic cascade in colorectal cancer patients","dates":{"last_updated":"2025-09-24","first_public":"2018-08-23"},"accession":"PRJNA324404","cross_references":{"GEO":["GSE82228"],"taxon":["9606"],"PubMed":["30030273"]}}
