Utilizing high-throughput sequencing, we comparatively analyzed developmental stage-specific splenic B cell transcriptomes, including Transitional-1 (T1), Transitional-2 (T2), Marginal zone (MZ) and Follicular (FO) in both Wild-type and Mir146a-/- B cells. Two replicates of each developmental stage were submitted for high-throughput sequencing. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiles of primary B cell developmental subsets (T1, T2 MZ, FO) from Wild-type and Mir146a-/- mice in duplicate.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:28138326</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Mus musculus</name><description>RNA Sequencing Reveals Regulation of Marginal Zone B-Cell Differentiation by MicroRNA-146a</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2017-04-19</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA360425</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE93252</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>28138326</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
