The wound healing response was assessed as changes in genomic expressing (single-molecule RNA sequencing (RNAseq)) in response to a treatment with a multicomponent, multi-target natural product, Traumeel (Tr14), compared to a standard anti-inflammatory treatment and untreated controls. Gene expression profiles (transcriptomes) were compared at different specific time-points (0, 12, 24, 36, 72, 96, 120, and 192 hours after injury). Each time point of each treatment group utilized 7 mice, for a total analysis of 224 mice.The results provide the most precise and comprehensive characterization to date of the transcriptome’s response to skin damage, repair, and multicomponent natural product therapy."],"repository":["ENA"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"Mus musculus strain:JCL:ICR","description":"Deep Sequencing Transcriptome Analysis of Murine Wound Healing: Effects of a multicomponent, multitarget natural product therapy.","dates":{"last_updated":"2025-09-24","first_public":"2017-08-01"},"accession":"PRJNA386581","cross_references":{"taxon":["10090"]}}
