The arsenate-respiring Citrobacter sp., strain TSA-1, was isolated from the hindgut of a termite. Analysis of the TSA-1 genome revealed the lack of genes encoding for the ArrA-type arsenate respiratory reductase. Investigating this strain may lead to the identification of a new genetic pathway for arsenate respiration in GI tract microbiomes."],"classification":["bacteria"],"repository":["ENA"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"Citrobacter sp.
