Exercise induced the downregulation of genes and signaling pathways that mediates and promotes the inflammatory process and triggered the upregulation of genes associated to cartilage remodeling and bone mineralization. Overall design: Pools of total RNA were made per study group (seven mouse per group): PGIA exercised mice (test group) and PGIA non-exercised mice (reference). The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed and the resulting complementary DNAs were labeled with Alexa547 (PGIA exercised mice) or Alexa555 (PGIA non-exercised mice). Hybridation analysis used the mouse 65-mer oligo library from Sigma-Genosys to compare the expression of 23,232 gene-specific oligonucleotide probes for mouse. The '2_M22K_09_24.xlsx' contains the raw data the '3_M22K_09_24_normalized.xlsx' contains the normalized and background data for each channel (prior to generating the ratio data) Please note that AIPG (in the sample title) corresponds to PGIA (proteoglycan_induced arthritis) in the Series title</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Proteoglycan, 3.4.22.-, Arthritides, Activity, Laboratory, Transcriptome Profile, Intertarsal Joint, Mus domesticus, Training, Isometric, Physical, Gene Expression Profile, Gene, intermetatarsal joint, mini-ICE, Exercise Training, CASP-14, Profiles, House Mouse, Intertarsal Joints, House, Physical Exercises, Polyarthritides, articulationes intertarsales, Joint, Articulationes intertarsales, Proteoglycan Type H, Mus musculus domesticus, Intertarsal., Acute Exercises, Mice, Aerobic Exercises, inflammatory disorder of joint, Oligoarthritides, Arthritis, Swiss, Physical Activity, Profile, articulationes intertarseae, Swiss Mice, Signatures, Expression Signature, Transcriptomes, tarsal joint, Intertarsal, tarsal joints, Exercises, Tarsal Joint, Transcriptome, Joint inflammation, Expression Profiles, mouse, Exercise, Aerobic, "Arthritis (finding)" EXACT [SNOMEDCT_2005_07_31:372091005], "Arthritis (disorder)" EXACT [SNOMEDCT_2005_07_31:3723001], "arthritis" EXACT [CSP2005:2715-1134], "arthritis" EXACT [NCI2004_11_17:C2883], whole transcriptome, Gene Expression, Oligoarthritis, Mus, Expression Signatures, Mini-ICE, Gene Expression Signatures, Articulationes intertarseae, proteoglycan, Acute Exercise, Gene Expression Signature, "Inflammation of joint NOS" EXACT [MTHICD9_2006:716.9], Isometric Exercises, Physical Exercise, Expression Profile, "Inflammatory disorder of joint" EXACT [SNOMEDCT_2005_07_31:363178003], Transcriptome Profiles, Aerobic Exercise, Mus musculus, Caspase-14 subunit p10, intertarsal, mice, intertarsal joint, Swiss Mouse, House Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, Trainings, MICE, Tarsal, Joints, Exercise Trainings, Isometric Exercise, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, Activities, articulationes intertarsale, Acute, Physical Activities, Gene Expression Profiles, Mouse, intertarsal articulation, Polyarthritis, Signature, Laboratory Mouse</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Mus musculus, Laboratory Mice., House, Mus, Laboratory, Swiss, Mus domesticus, mouse, Mus musculus domesticus, Swiss Mouse, mouse &lt;Mus musculus>, Mouse, House Mice, Swiss Mice, house mouse, Mice, Laboratory Mouse, House Mouse, mice C57BL/6xCBA/CaJ hybrid, domesticus, Mus muscaris</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Mus musculus</name><description>Physical exercise on proteoglycan_induced arthritis (PGIA) mice_transcriptome responses on tarsal joint</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2017-09-14</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA404060</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE103686</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>32435454</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
