The lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA and circRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network were constructed using both physical interactions and expression correlations. When cirRNAs in the circRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNET and lncRNAs in the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNET shared the same miRNA-mRNA interactions, these pairs were retained to construct the circRNA-lncRNA co-regulated ceRNA network.
