For each species, worms were syncronized and harvested at L4-early adult stage. Libraries were prepared using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit v2 and sequenced 2 x 50 on Illumina’s HiSeq 2000/2500. Long non coding RNAs (lncRNA) were annotated using this data.
