And we found Tg (Tol-GFP-EVI-1) zebrafish embryos underwent abnormal hematopoiesis and aberrant expression of human EVI-1 perturbs hematopoiesis to promote myeloid myeloid and suppress erythroid lineage fates. Moreover, overexpression of human EVI-1 induced immature hematopoietic cells emerged in blood circulation. We used whole genome transcriptome analysis (RNA-Seq) to determine differential gene expression in peripheral blood between wildtype larvae and EVI-1 transgenic zebrafish larvae.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Over-expression of EVI-1 oncogene regulate multi-pathway to affect zebrafish embryogenesis and hemopoiesis</description><dates><last_updated>2023-05-19</last_updated><first_public>2019-09-21</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA489308</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
