Differential analysis of major splicing outcomes (skipped exon, alternative 5’/3’ splice, mutually exclusive exons and retained intron) revealed a total of 174 events significantly activated or repressed (FDR&lt;0.05) upon HNRNPF regulation. Overall design: CAL62 isogenic cell lines expressing either mature hsa-miR-139-5p or a non-targeting control under a doxycycline inducible promoter were established. Cells were growth with or without doxycycline for 96 hours. The experiment was replicated 3 times and miRNA expression and HNRNPF mRNA/protein abundance quantified. HNRNPF was consistently decreases in doxycycline-treated hsa-miR-139-5p inducible cells.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>9430057C20Rik, HH, Carcinoma, l(3)hh, Materials, R13-Ag, Thyroid Adenomas, Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein, Adenomas, axis, 6.3.2.-, Neoplasms, bar, nectadrin, Gene, M1/69-J11D heat stable antigen, stalk, Hsa, HSA, HNRPF, Thyroid Carcinoma, IDOL, Cistrons, Cd24, cancer of the thyroid, CG4637, Thyroid, Hh, CG12249, AW228700, cancer of thyroid, anon-WO0134654.19, small cell lung carcinoma cluster 4 antigen, DmelCG4637, Hnrpf, bar3, Neoplasm, Genetic Materials, Cell., Oxidase assembly 1-like protein, DmelCG12249, thyroid, OK|SW-cl.23, Mir, MIR, Genetic Material, Thyroid Neoplasm, Miranda, Carcinomas, OK/SW-cl.23, lymphocyte antigen 52, l(3)neo56, l(3)neo57, MONDOA, Genetic, thyroid cancer, Adenoma, Mrt, Mira, C2, Inducible degrader of the LDL-receptor, INSDC_feature:gene, neoplasm of thyroid gland, mir, Cancers, Ly-52, Thyroid Adenoma, culm, Thyroid Cancers, OXA1Hs, OXA1-like protein, head and neck cancer, X62 heat stable antigen, AA407306, Myosin regulatory light chain-interacting protein, Thyroid Carcinomas, anon-WO0182946.19, Material, bar-3, MIRA, CD24A, Cistron, ly-52, bHLHe36, Thyroid Cancer, Cancer of the Thyroid, Idol, mcs94-1, thyroid gland neoplasm, Cancer of Thyroid, 4833420I20Rik, CD24, hg, Cancer, thyroid gland cancer</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>9430057C20Rik, HH, Carcinoma, l(3)hh, Materials, R13-Ag, Thyroid Adenomas, Myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein, Adenomas, axis, 6.3.2.-, Neoplasms, bar, nectadrin, Gene, M1/69-J11D heat stable antigen, stalk, Hsa, HSA, HNRPF, Thyroid Carcinoma, IDOL, Cistrons, Cd24, cancer of the thyroid, CG4637, Thyroid, Hh, CG12249, AW228700, cancer of thyroid, anon-WO0134654.19, small cell lung carcinoma cluster 4 antigen, DmelCG4637, Hnrpf, bar3, Neoplasm, Genetic Materials, Cell., Oxidase assembly 1-like protein, DmelCG12249, thyroid, OK|SW-cl.23, Mir, MIR, Genetic Material, Thyroid Neoplasm, Miranda, Carcinomas, OK/SW-cl.23, lymphocyte antigen 52, l(3)neo56, l(3)neo57, MONDOA, Genetic, thyroid cancer, Adenoma, Mrt, Mira, C2, Inducible degrader of the LDL-receptor, INSDC_feature:gene, neoplasm of thyroid gland, mir, Cancers, Ly-52, Thyroid Adenoma, culm, Thyroid Cancers, OXA1Hs, OXA1-like protein, head and neck cancer, X62 heat stable antigen, AA407306, Myosin regulatory light chain-interacting protein, Thyroid Carcinomas, anon-WO0182946.19, Material, bar-3, MIRA, CD24A, Cistron, ly-52, bHLHe36, Thyroid Cancer, Cancer of the Thyroid, Idol, mcs94-1, thyroid gland neoplasm, Cancer of Thyroid, 4833420I20Rik, CD24, hg, Cancer, thyroid gland cancer</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Hsa-miR-139-5p/HNRNPF axis modulates gene-transcripts balance in thyroid cancer cells</name><description>Hsa-miR-139-5p/HNRNPF axis modulates gene-transcripts balance in thyroid cancer cells</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2019-08-28</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA509567</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE123680</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>31403184</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
