In addition, LM2 cell line specifically metastasizes to lung. To understand the regulatory mechanisms of lung metastasis in breast cancer, we analyzed the chromatin structure of MDA-MB-231 and LM2-4175 cell lines. Overall design: ChIP-seq of chromatin modification H3K4me3, H3K27Ac, H3K4me1, H3K27me3, H3K9me3, Pol-II were performed in MDA-MB-231 and LM2-4175 cell lines.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Genome-wide profiles of multiple histone modifications in MDA-MB-231 and LM2-4175 cell lines</name><description>Genome-wide profiles of multiple histone modifications in MDA-MB-231 and LM2-4175 cell lines</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2019-08-03</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA511879</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE124379</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>31215771</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
