We observed that it is also present in the nucleus and its knock-down results in decreased expression of MMPs important in the invasive or metastatic process. Therefore, we sought to examine the transcriptomic impact of loss of CSRP2 in human breast cancer cells. Overall design: 150 000 Hs578T cells were plated in each well of a six-well plate.
