We performed unbiased differential gene expression analysis in mouse immortalized kidney tubular cells in which Glis2 was stably knocked down by Glis2-targeting shRNA or GFP-targeting as a control. Cells were harvested 7 days after lentiviral infection and tested for knockdown efficiency (> 80%).
