To determine this, we used a targeted locus amplification (TLA)/PCR technology that involves thecrosslinking of physically proximal sequences. The TLA data obtainedfrom bone marrow cells from AAVS1/CD46-tg mice were then aligned with a reference mouse genome (mm10).TLA results indicate that the AAVS1 transgene is integrated into chromosome 14 at the location(Chr14:110443871-110461834), accompanied by a 18Kb deletion of mouse genome sequence."],"repository":["ENA"],"description_synonyms":["Mus musculus, 3.4.22.-, Caspase-14 subunit p10, Laboratory, Swiss, mice, Mus domesticus, Swiss Mouse, CASP14, mouse, mini-ICE, House Mice, Swiss Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, CASP-14, MICE, House Mouse, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, House, Mus, Mini-ICE, Mus musculus domesticus, site, TG, Mouse, Mice, Laboratory Mouse, region, Mus musculus."],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"","description":"AAVS locus site identification in AAVS1-transgenic mice","dates":{"last_updated":"2023-05-19","first_public":"2019-08-21"},"accession":"PRJNA561035","cross_references":{}}
