We report that monocytic and polymorphonuclear MDSC subsets (M-MDSCs and PMN-MDSCs respectively) have a unique gene expression profile in comparison to MDSCs collected from untreated tumor-bearing animals. Overall design: M-MDSCs and PMN-MDSCs were sorted from untreated (Ctrl) mice (n=3) and lymphodepleted (LD) mice (n=3). Lymphodepleting treatment was initated in mice with established tumors and MDSCs were collected from the spleens of mice 7 days after treatment.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Therapy, 3.4.22.-, RNA, wide/broad, RNA Sequence Determination, Laboratory, RNA Sequence Determinations, Sequence Determination, chemotherapy, RNA Sequence, Mus domesticus, CASP14, mouse, mini-ICE, CASP-14, pharmacotherapy, broad, Pharmacotherapies, House Mouse, Cell, Determinations, House, Mus, Mini-ICE, Mus musculus domesticus, Chemotherapies., Chemotherapy, Analysis, Mice, Drug Therapies, Mus musculus, Pharmacotherapy, Caspase-14 subunit p10, Genomes, Analyses, Determination, Swiss, mice, Swiss Mouse, House Mice, Swiss Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, whole genome, MICE, Sequence Determinations, Sequencing, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, Drug, wide, RNA Sequence Analyses, RNA Sequence Analysis, Therapies, RNA Sequencing, Mouse, pharmacologic therapy, Laboratory Mouse, Sequence Analyses</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Therapy, 3.4.22.-, RNA, wide/broad, RNA Sequence Determination, Laboratory, RNA Sequence Determinations, Sequence Determination, chemotherapy, RNA Sequence, Mus domesticus, CASP14, mouse, mini-ICE, CASP-14, pharmacotherapy, broad, Pharmacotherapies, House Mouse, Cell, Determinations, House, Mus, Mini-ICE, Mus musculus domesticus, Chemotherapies., Chemotherapy, Analysis, Mice, Drug Therapies, Mus musculus, Pharmacotherapy, Caspase-14 subunit p10, Genomes, Analyses, Determination, Swiss, mice, Swiss Mouse, House Mice, Swiss Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, whole genome, MICE, Sequence Determinations, Sequencing, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, Drug, wide, RNA Sequence Analyses, RNA Sequence Analysis, Therapies, RNA Sequencing, Mouse, pharmacologic therapy, Laboratory Mouse, Sequence Analyses</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Genome-wide RNA sequencing on myeloid derived suppressor cells from mice treated with lymphodepleting chemotherapy</name><description>Genome-wide RNA sequencing on myeloid derived suppressor cells from mice treated with lymphodepleting chemotherapy</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2020-07-04</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA562713</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE136574</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
