Lagunamide D, a novel macrocyclic depsipeptide was identified from cyanobacteria with single-digit nanomolar antiproliferative activity against multiple cancer cell lines. The goal of this study was to explore the mechanism of action of this potent molecule to enable in-depth understanding of its roles in modulating cellular processes. RNA-sequencing analysis was applied to get an unbiased global view of how lagunamide D function in cells and reveal its actions on transcriptome scale at early (3 h) and late (12 h) time point.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>study.</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Mechanism of Action Study of Lagunamide D</description><dates><last_updated>2023-05-19</last_updated><first_public>2020-06-16</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA562723</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
